Youth Deer Hunt

DARLINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE YOUTH DEER HUNT

LYDIA COMMUNITY CENTER – 5069 INDIAN BRANCH ROAD LAMAR, SC

The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a Youth Deer Hunt for ages 17 years of age and younger.  This is a free event.

The event will begin at noon with a lunch, followed by door prizes and games, along with educational speakers.
Once this is concluded, everyone will be dismissed for the hunt.  If you have your own land and stands, you will hunt there.

There will be a limited number of stands for those that do not have land to hunt.  This will be on a first come basis.

Anyone 17 years of age or younger may participate in the youth deer hunt.
16- and 17-year-olds must have a valid South Carolina hunting license.
15-year-olds and younger, no license required- however must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.

No deer tags are required for this hunt.
