TOWN OF LAMAR AWARDED GRANT FROM THE DUKE ENERGY FOUNDATION

We are thrilled to announce that the Town of Lamar has been awarded a $5,000 emergency preparedness grant from the Duke Energy Foundation!

This grant will allow us to provide resources and serve our community in emergency preparedness.
As the hurricane season begins, it’s important that we are all prepared for severe weather.

Lauren Baker from Duke Energy was on-site at Town Hall and presented a check to Mayor, James Howell.
